a. that to implement provisions in Article 2 paragraph (3) and Article 8 paragraph (3) of Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 28/M-DAG/PER/6/2009 concerning Provisions on Export and Import License Service by Electronic System Through INATRADE in the Framework of Indonesia National Single Window;
b. that to improve service to the business, it is necessary to add kinds of services that can be served by electronic system through INATRADE in the framework Indonesia National Single Window;
c. that based on considerations as intended in paragraphs a and b, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Trade;

6. Presidential Decree No. 84/M/2009 concerning the Establishment of United Indonesia Cabinet II;
7. Presidential Regulation No. 24/2010 concerning Position, Task and Function of State Ministries and Organization Structure, Task and Function of First Echelon of the State Ministries;
8. Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 230/MPP/Kep/7/1997 concerning Goods are regulated by Import Regulation as amended several times, the latest by Decree of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 406/MPP/Kep/6/2004;
9. Decision of the Minister of Industry and Trade No. 558/MPP/Kep/12/1998 concerning General Provisions in Export as amended several times and the latest by Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 01/M-DAG/PER/1/2007;
10. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 28/M-DAG/PER/6/2009 concerning Provisions on Export and Import License Service by Electronic System through INATRADE in the Framework of Indonesia National Single Window;
11. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 54/M-DAG/PER/10/2009 concerning General Provisions in Import;
12. Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 31/M-DAG/PER/7/2010 concerning Organization and Working Arrangement of the Ministry of Trade;
REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE CONCERNING KINDS OF EXPORT AND IMPORT LICENSE, STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE AND SERVICE LEVEL ARRANGEMENT BY ELECTRONIC SYSTEM THROUGH INATRADE IN THE FRAMEWORK OF INDONESIA NATIONAL SINGLE WINDOW
Kinds of export and import license can be served by electronic system through INATRADE in the framework Indonesia National Single Window are as intended in Attachment I that is an integral part of this Ministerial Regulation.
(1) Services and Kinds of export and import license as intended in Article 1 are done based on Standard Operational Procedure and Service Level Arrangement.
(2) Standard Operational Procedure as intended in paragraph (1) is stated in Attachment II that is an integral part of this Ministerial Regulation.
(3) Service Level Arrangement as intended in paragraph (1) is stated in Attachment III that is an integral part of this Ministerial Regulation.
When this Ministerial Regulation come into force, Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 30/M-DAG/PER/6/2009 concerning Kinds of Export and Import License, Standard Operating Procedure and Service Level Arrangement by Electronic System through INATRADE in the Framework of Indonesia National Single Window is revoked and declared null.
This Ministerial Regulation shall come into force on the date of stipulation.
For public cognizance, this Ministerial Regulation shall be promulgated by placing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
